The following information concerns the protection of your personal data. This is the data that allows you to be identified directly or indirectly.
The data is collected by:
- the FPS Chancellery of the Prime Minister, as soon as you consult the pages of the website www.festivalsdurables.be. In your browser, these pages start with "https://www.festivalsdurables.be". When a link takes you to another website, an online application or a social network site, you must refer to the personal data processing conditions of these sites.
- the Federal Institute for Sustainable Development (FISD) when you create an account on this site.
Your personal data will be protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (entered into force on 25 May 2018) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of this data (GDPR).
Legal basis for processing
The Federal Institute for Sustainable Development (FISD) has set four strategic objectives:
- To be the driving force behind the sustainable development policy in Belgium
- To be a recognised reference, in Belgium, in terms of support for social responsibility
- To be the vector for the integration of the federal strategy (in the short, medium and long-term) for sustainable development in all policies
- To integrate sustainable development into the internal management of the FISD.
In this context, the FISD proposes several tools which help to anchor sustainability into the daily strategic practices of the Federal Public Services, of companies, of civil society, etc. The FISD therefore created this tool, which allows the evaluation of the sustainability (or responsibility) of an event, and made it available online. Purpose of processing

- analyse the results obtained in the questionnaires with a view to identifying the trends surrounding the responsible organisation of events;
- improve the tool.

Retention period
The retention period of:
- your IP address is 12 months;
- cookies is 13 months;
- the user account that you have created: until you delete your account.

Security
The Federal Institute for Sustainable Development and the FPS Chancellery of the Prime Minister guarantee the security (integrity and confidentiality) of your personal data. In particular, it is protected against non-authorised access, illegal use, loss and unauthorised modifications.
To this end, we use security techniques and procedures which, for security reasons, we will not describe in detail on this page.
However, rest assured that appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures have been taken to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks.
Right of access, rectification, objection and erasure
You have rights over the personal data that we use: access, rectification, objection and erasure.
Your request will be handled within 30 calendar days. If the request is complex or our services are facing a large number of requests, this delay may be extended to 60 days.
